It is correct that the Rapide Lite 200XL uses the CBD-Chitu controller board and display, which we represent. However as you bought the printer from Rapide, it is the Rapide company that needs to resolve any problem that occurred.
We can however give you some tip to try to resolve the problem (following tip can break any warranty between you and Rapide, do this only if you are sure):
1. Check so the cable between the board and display is fasten correct.
2. Try remove the cable between the Chitu board and the screen and connect it again.
